Welcome to the ScriptExpert community. ðŸ˜€

The ScriptExpert forum is a place where customers, authors, developers, designers and digital professionals can exchange information, request help, discuss products and share useful experience.

To keep discussions helpful, safe and professional, everyone using the forum must follow the rules below.

1. Be respectful

Treat other members with respect, even when you disagree with their opinions or experience.

Personal attacks, insults, harassment, intimidation, threats, discriminatory comments and deliberately hostile behaviour are not allowed.

Constructive criticism is welcome when it is relevant and expressed professionally. Focus on the product, technical issue or argument instead of attacking the person behind it.

2. Keep discussions relevant

Publish topics in the most appropriate forum category and use a clear title that accurately describes your question or discussion.

Before creating a new topic, search the forum to check whether the same question has already been answered.

Do not create duplicate topics, publish the same message in several sections or intentionally interrupt unrelated discussions.

Moderators may move, rename, merge, lock or close topics when necessary to keep the forum organised.

3. Do not publish illegal or harmful content

You may not publish, request, promote or distribute content that is unlawful, fraudulent, harmful or intended to facilitate abuse.

Prohibited content includes malware, ransomware, phishing tools, credential theft software, pirated products, nulled scripts, stolen source code, unauthorised licence keys and instructions intended primarily to bypass security or licensing systems.

Do not ask members to share paid products, private repositories, customer files or other resources that they are not authorised to distribute.

Cybersecurity discussions are allowed when they have a legitimate educational, defensive, testing or development purpose.

4. Respect intellectual property

Only publish code, images, documentation, screenshots, files and other materials that you created or have permission to use.

When referring to third-party content, provide appropriate credit where required and do not reproduce more material than is reasonably necessary for the discussion.

Do not upload complete paid products, substantial parts of proprietary source code or confidential documentation.

If you believe that content published on the forum infringes your intellectual property rights, use the report function or contact us.

5. Do not avoid the ScriptExpert marketplace

The forum must not be used to avoid ScriptExpert commissions, payment protections, licensing systems or marketplace rules.

Authors may not direct customers to complete marketplace-related purchases through private messages, external websites, cryptocurrency transfers, direct bank payments or another platform.

Customers must not request unauthorised copies, private discounts or alternative payment arrangements intended to bypass ScriptExpert.

When a transaction begins through ScriptExpert, payments, licences, refunds and related disputes should remain within the authorised platform systems.

6. Advertising and self-promotion

Product announcements, service promotions and commercial posts are allowed only in forum categories specifically created for promotional content.

Do not publish repeated advertisements, unrelated promotional messages, misleading offers, affiliate spam or excessive referral links.

Do not use another member’s support topic to advertise a competing product or service.

Moderators may remove promotional content that is excessive, deceptive, repetitive or unrelated to the discussion.

7. Product support topics

When requesting technical support, provide enough information for the author or other community members to understand the issue.

A useful support request should normally include the product name, product version, operating environment, exact error message and the steps already taken to solve the problem.

Do not publish passwords, private API keys, database credentials, licence keys, payment information or confidential customer data.

Remove personal or sensitive information from screenshots, logs and code before publishing them.

The public forum does not replace the official product support, account support or refund system. Questions involving private orders, payments, licences or customer information should be submitted through the appropriate ScriptExpert support channel.

8. Refunds, complaints and disputes

Members may discuss genuine marketplace experiences, but all claims must be accurate, relevant and expressed professionally.

Do not use the forum to threaten an author, pressure a customer or organise harassment against another member.

Refund requests must be submitted through the relevant order page or the official ScriptExpert support system. Publishing a forum post does not create a formal refund request.

Do not publish invoices, payment information, private conversations, identification data or confidential evidence without permission.

Moderators may restrict or close discussions that interfere with an active investigation or expose private information.

9. Reviews and feedback

Reviews and feedback must reflect a genuine experience with the relevant product, author or platform service.

Do not publish fabricated reviews, manipulate ratings or coordinate artificial positive or negative feedback.

Authors must not pressure customers to remove legitimate criticism or offer rewards in exchange for positive reviews.

Customers must not threaten negative feedback to obtain free custom development, additional services or an unjustified refund.

Constructive feedback is encouraged. False, abusive, misleading or irrelevant claims may be removed.

10. Do not impersonate other people

Do not impersonate ScriptExpert staff, moderators, authors, companies, public authorities or other community members.

Usernames, profile images, signatures and posts must not create a false impression of official endorsement, employment or affiliation.

Accounts created to mislead users, manipulate discussions or avoid restrictions may be suspended.

11. Protect personal information

Respect the privacy of other members.

Do not publish another person’s address, telephone number, identification documents, financial information, private messages or other personal data without a valid legal reason and appropriate permission.

ScriptExpert staff will never ask you to publish passwords, complete payment card details, authentication codes, recovery codes or private keys in a forum post.

If you discover exposed personal or confidential information, report the content immediately.

12. Private messages

The Forum Rules also apply to private messages sent through ScriptExpert.

Do not use private messages for harassment, spam, phishing, prohibited sales, commission avoidance or the distribution of illegal content.

Private messages may be investigated when a recipient reports abuse or when ScriptExpert has a legitimate and lawful reason to review the communication.

Private messages must not be used to bypass marketplace, payment or forum rules.

13. Security and responsible disclosure

Do not publicly disclose an unresolved security vulnerability that could place ScriptExpert, an author, a customer or another service at immediate risk.

Security issues affecting ScriptExpert should be reported privately.

If a vulnerability affects an author’s product, contact the author and ScriptExpert privately before publishing technical details.

Do not exploit vulnerabilities, access accounts or systems without permission or perform tests that could cause damage, data loss or service disruption.

14. Prohibited language and behaviour

The forum must not be used to promote violence, hatred, discrimination, terrorism, sexual exploitation, self-harm, fraud or other serious harm.

Content intended primarily to intimidate, shock, provoke or repeatedly disrupt the community may be removed.

Graphic, sexually explicit or highly disturbing material is not allowed unless it is strictly necessary for a legitimate technical discussion and has been approved by a moderator.

15. Multiple accounts

Members should normally use one forum account.

Creating additional accounts to evade a suspension, manipulate votes, support your own arguments, post false reviews or mislead other members is prohibited.

If multiple accounts are required for a legitimate business reason, contact ScriptExpert before creating them.

16. Follow moderator instructions

Moderators help keep the community safe, useful and organised.

Members must follow reasonable moderator instructions regarding topic placement, account conduct, content edits and dispute handling.

Do not recreate removed content or reopen a closed discussion without permission.

If you disagree with a moderation decision, use the official appeal process instead of repeatedly arguing about the decision in public topics.

17. Reporting violations

Use the forum report function when you encounter spam, harassment, piracy, fraud, exposed personal data, prohibited content or another rule violation.

Reports should include a clear explanation of the problem and any relevant context.

Do not misuse the reporting system to target members you dislike or interfere with legitimate discussions.

Submitting a report does not guarantee that the reported content will be removed. ScriptExpert will review the available information and take proportionate action where necessary.

18. Moderation actions

Depending on the seriousness, frequency and impact of a violation, ScriptExpert may take one or more of the following actions:

  • Edit or remove content.
  • Move, merge, lock or close topics.
  • Issue a warning.
  • Restrict posting or private messaging privileges.
  • Temporarily suspend an account.
  • Permanently ban an account.
  • Restrict related marketplace features.
  • Preserve relevant evidence.
  • Notify a competent authority where legally required.

ScriptExpert may consider the member’s history, intention, cooperation and the potential harm caused.

Serious violations may result in immediate action without a prior warning.

19. Appeals

A member may appeal a warning, suspension or permanent ban  by using the available appeal form.

The appeal should explain why the decision is believed to be incorrect and should include relevant supporting information.

Do not create another account to submit an appeal or continue posting while an account is suspended.

Submitting an appeal does not automatically reverse the original moderation decision.

20. Changes to the Forum Rules

ScriptExpert may update these Forum Rules to reflect new community features, legal requirements, security concerns or changes to marketplace operations.

The latest version will be published on the forum with an updated revision date.

Continued use of the forum after the updated rules become effective means that you agree to follow the revised rules.

21. Final reminder

The purpose of the ScriptExpert forum is to help members learn, solve problems, exchange experience and build better digital products.

Publish responsibly, protect confidential information and treat other members professionally.

Before posting, consider whether your contribution is legal, relevant, respectful and useful to the community.
