By accessing, downloading, purchasing, installing, or using ScriptExpert, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Software or Services.

  1. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

ScriptExpert is a software application available for Windows and Linux operating systems. The Software assists users in creating web applications and includes integrated AI functionality, a file manager, editor tools, and plugin support.

The Platform may offer both free and paid plugins, extensions, tools, and services.

  1. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

Users must create an account in order to purchase licenses, subscriptions, plugins, or access certain services.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.

  1. LICENSE

Upon successful payment, the Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use ScriptExpert according to the purchased plan.

The license does not transfer ownership of the Software to you.

You may not:

  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Software without written permission

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code unless permitted by applicable law

  • Use the Software for unlawful purposes

  • Share license keys or account access with unauthorized users

  • Remove copyright or branding notices

  1. TRIAL VERSION

The Company may offer a free trial version of the Software.

The trial version is provided for evaluation purposes only and may include feature limitations.

If a trial version is available, purchases are considered final and non-refundable because users had the opportunity to test the Software before purchasing.

  1. REFUND POLICY

If no trial version is available for a specific product or plan, the Company offers a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days after the initial purchase.

Refunds will not be granted in cases involving:

  • Abuse of the refund policy

  • Violation of these Terms

  • Fraudulent activity

  • Chargebacks initiated without contacting support first

If a trial version was available before purchase, no refunds will be issued.

  1. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND BILLING

ScriptExpert offers multiple billing plans, including:

  • Monthly subscriptions

  • Semi-annual subscriptions

  • Annual subscriptions

  • Lifetime licenses

Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers including Stripe and PayPal.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize recurring billing according to the selected billing cycle until canceled.

You are responsible for ensuring your payment information remains valid and up to date.

  1. PLUGINS AND THIRD-PARTY CONTENT

The Platform supports plugins, extensions, and integrations that may be developed by the Company or third parties.

Some plugins may be free while others require payment.

The Company is not responsible for third-party plugins, integrations, or external services unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Users install and use third-party plugins at their own risk.

  1. AI FEATURES

ScriptExpert may include AI-powered tools and integrations.

AI-generated output may contain inaccuracies, incomplete information, or unexpected results. Users are solely responsible for reviewing and validating all generated content, code, or suggestions before using them in production environments.

The Company does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of AI-generated content.

  1. SUPPORT SERVICES

Support is provided through:

  • Support ticket system

  • Email support

  • Community forum

Support availability, response times, and included services may vary depending on the purchased plan.

The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted support availability.

  1. SOFTWARE UPDATES

The Company may release updates, patches, improvements, or new features at any time.

Some updates or features may require an active subscription.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or replace features without prior notice.

  1. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to use ScriptExpert to:

  • Violate laws or regulations

  • Distribute malware or malicious code

  • Infringe intellectual property rights

  • Engage in unauthorized access or hacking activities

  • Abuse platform resources or services

Violation of this section may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account and license.

  1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All rights, titles, trademarks, logos, software, content, and intellectual property related to ScriptExpert remain the exclusive property of Alex & Bea B.V or its licensors.

Nothing in these Terms grants ownership rights to users.

  1. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The Software and Services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

The Company does not guarantee that:

  • The Software will be error-free

  • The Service will be uninterrupted

  • The Software will meet all user expectations

  • AI-generated content will be accurate or reliable

To the maximum extent permitted by law, all implied warranties are disclaimed.

  1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alex & Bea B.V shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the Software or Services.

The total liability of the Company shall not exceed the amount paid by the user during the previous 12 months.

  1. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts, licenses, or access to the Platform at our discretion if users violate these Terms or engage in abusive, fraudulent, or illegal activities.

Upon termination, your right to use the Software immediately ceases.

  1. PRIVACY

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

By using ScriptExpert, you consent to the collection and processing of data as described in the Privacy Policy.

  1. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Belgium.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Belgium.

  1. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.

Updated versions will be published on scriptexpert.net.

Continued use of the Software or Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
